Overall, we were satisfied with our roof and gutter restoration, and the quality of work was generally high. However, there were a few issues that were disappointing.
1. We were not provided with an official quote, invoice, or any formal documentation.
2. The front gutter was not aligned correctly, and the fall does not allow water to drain properly. This was raised but never rectified.
3. Some roof tiles were not fully painted, with the original colour still visible in areas.
4. We recently had to pay $600 to unblock downpipes and drains, which were clogged with paint residue from the roof pressure cleaning.
Alex was pleasant to deal with, but given the cost of the work, we expected these issues to be addressed.

We recently had Amin replace some of our gutters that had seen better days. His attention to detail & willingness to go above & beyond was outstanding. We are very happy with his quality of workmanship.

Right from the start, Alex was working to make our roof safe. Just 5 minutes after he inspected our property he was on the roof removing some unsafe tiles. Even before we had discussed our roof restoration. Alex is all about doing a great job to a high standard. Our work started with cleaning and lots of necessary repairs and replacement tiles. Then it was painted to perfection. The whole team was hard-working and very polite. We are very impressed with our restored roof - it looks like new.

This is very dishonest contractor, first quote for the inspection is 110 dollars per each lot, agreed, then the contractor has raised it to 135 dollars per each lot when they hear we have several lots in the complex to be checked on the same day. They called and booked the inspection to Friday afternoon, I have agree. On Friday morning around 11am, they have sent SMS and requested upfront payment for the inspections for 6 units, no invoice, no job scopes only account number and information been sending through and say if no payment is received, they will cancel the service. I have requested the invoice to be sent through before we process payment, while was told the inspection has been canceled since he got other jobs booked in. If you looking for some honest contractors to work for you, I guess this Mr. Roof cannot be your choice
=============================
To reply your comments, we only have one double story that's told at the very beginning, all the rest are single levels. You feel it too hot you don't want to do 5 units that's ok, but why you ask for upfront payment without doing anything? That's totally a LIE !
I told your prior will be 5 units in total and ask you to prepare for your time, I never said via the text message and phone that we are only going to pay for one unit. Like you said you always complained bout the heat, yes it's summer if you don't want to come, you can tell directly. Last minute cancelation of job and last minutes request for upfront payment without an invoice is really tricky. Look, you can be frank, if you think it's too hot and do not want to come that's ok, just let me know prior rather than let me wait for the whole day and cancel at 1pm for a 3pm appointment. BE CAUTION TO THIS CONTRACTOR SINCE THEY WILL KEEP YOU WAIT FOR NOTHING
=————————————————//////——-
And the only reason is you don’t want to come ! The appointment at 3pm you requested same day for upfront payment at 2pm? You duplicated booked for jobs and then find excuses for your cancellation and blame the customers , that’s all.

Great job and very professional. Highly recommend Alex who saved me a bomb on restoring and painting my garage doors instead of replacing them. Very reliable and knowledgeable, and gave me a fantastic quote on my roof restoration also. Plus he showed up when he was supposed to unlike another website dominated garage door spray company who just didn’t show after a month booking and poor communication. Alex is on the ball and in touch through the whole process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and would definitely use his services again. Fran cornubia

Alex, our thanks to you and your team for your work on our roof restoration last week. The result looks great.
It was also the added extras that have made our life easier and saved us finding additional tradies, especially the replacement of a panel of clear sheeting over part of a deck and the painting of the awnings and barge boards that you undertook at the same time.
And I was very impressed with the pride and professionalism everyone showed over the two days. It was a pleasure having your team at our home during this time.
Cheers, Deborah
